METHOD OF COLLECTION : MASTURBATION PERIOD OF ABSTINENCE: 5 DAYS VOLUME: 3.5 PH : ALKALINE COLOR; GRAYISH OPEQUE VISCOSITY : VISCOUS LIQUEFACTION TIME: 20 MINUTES SPERM COUNT : 205 MILLION / ML TOTAL SPERM NUMBER / EJACULATE : 717.5 MILLION / EJACULATE VITALITY : 75% MOTILITY: RAPID PROGRESSIVE MOTILITY 25% END OF ONE HOUR 20% SLOW PROGRESSIVE MOTILITY 25% END OF ONE HOUR 20% NON PROGRESSIVE MOTILITY 20% END OF ONE HOUR 25% NON MOTILE 30% END OF ONE HOUR 35% MORPHOLOGY: APPROXIMATELY 60% SPERMATOZOA SHOW NORMAL MORPHOLOGY ABNORMAL FORMS SHOW AMORPHOUS HEAD, GIANT HEAD, SHORT TAIL. Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings are normal.
You should consult your doctor.
