Can You Explain My Semen Analysis Report?

Hai, my Semen analysis report showing Volume 4 ml, liquifaction time - 30min, total sperm count - 40million \ ml colour - whitish, viscosity- semi viscous, Reaction - Alkaline, Motility: actively motile - 60%Sluggish Motile - 30%, Non Motile- 10%, Morphology: Number of pus cells 2-3/HPF, number of Epithelal cells - Nil/ HPF, number of red blood cells - nill/HPF, others - nil.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted I would like to make comment on the report that it is well within normal limits as for as count and motility is concerned,except presence of 2-3 pus cells indicating infection of either prostate (Prostatitis)or seminal vesicle.
This can be cured by taking antibiotics for a 2 weeks and repeat semen analysis after 2 weeks.

Thanks for your report.
You semen analysis report is completely normal. You have no obvious problem. Puss cells 2-3 are normal however more than 5 are alarming as it shows infection
