Can You Explain What Tropical Fatigue Means?

My daughter is working for UN in Dhaka, Bangladesh
and she feels very tired every day.
She has to get up very early every morning and take the bus together with other expads .
She uses one and a half hour each way for transportation.

I am a bit worried because she always complains about being so tired .

I have just read about Tropical Fatigue.

Can you explain what Tropical Fatigue means?

Tropical fatigue is not a disease. It is seen in long term expats working in tropics due to change in climate, inadequate mental rest and different work culture.
So, you need not worry much about your daughter and just ask her to relax well and work without fear and pressure.
