Can you get pleura say from severe stress my 27 year old son killed himself 27th Feb this year and I have got myself run down I do have arthritis rheumatoid which I had from very young which varies from day to day my immune system is not too clever as I had hydra nephritis when I slipped my epithisis when I was 13 the doctors discovered it when I was on traction for a few months they finally removed my kidney later on that year when I was mobile but when I get a cold I suffer from weakness in one lung I have also had shingles I have a dull ache left side of my chest when exhaling and slight wheezing on exhale, no cold symptoms but have been getting headaches and feel generally tired. I went back to work endish of March working as a legal secretary 10 till 3.00 pm every day min to Friday, if I do housework I get this awful ache in my back when exhaling and feel the need to lay down but can't lay on my bs k as it makes the pain worse ?
