Can You Get Your Period While You Are Pregnant ?

My husband and I just found out we are pregnant , I have no idea how far along I am. I found out a week ago, and in one week I have gained two pounds and both of us saw the baby move several times tonight? This is my second, I know that that was the baby. It has been making my stomach move all night. Do you think I am already in my second trimester? My doctor wont see me for two weeks. I have had regular periods and this does not make any sense?

thanks for choosing health care magic.How you have confirmed your pregnancy ? Have you missed your periods ? What about pregnancy urine test ? If you have missed period and your urine test is positive you are likely to be pregnant.This is not usual.You can count weeks from your last menstrual period.As this your second pregnancy it is possible that you may not have symptoms like vomiting etc in initial days.So visit a doctor and get an ultrasound done and remove the confusion.
