Can you help me figure out how to break through this exhaustion? I have felt like this before, and then when I lost a bunch of weight it went away. Then I got pregnant and gained it all back. After I had the baby I was exhausted all the time, which was understandable right after having a baby. But now we're more than 2 years out and I'm even more tired. Last year I was dieting and exercising and lost 10 lbs and then my gall bladder acted up and I had to have it removed. Now it is even worse than before. I know I'm out of shape but not being able to get through a regular 5 day work week without calling in on Friday due to exhaustion is ridiculous. Is there something I can do to break through this so I have the energy to get a bit of exercise and mealplanning in so I can eventually lose the weight again and feel better? And yes I'm getting enough sleep. Extra sleep helps me feel better for a little bit, but eventually I feel like I've had an anvil dropped on me again.
