Can you help me to diagnose an STD
I had oral sex with what I now believe may have been a sex worker. The next day I had a mouth infection of small bumps and irritation in the soft tissue below the tongue (lower jaw) and a burning sensation on the tongue. Which after a couple of weeks of using Listerine and antibiotics these symtoms faded away . Its a month later, I now suffer from what seems like constant dehydration. I am thirsty all of the time although I have increased my water intake significantly. The main symptom is a constant dull headache that instantly escalates to a debilitating migraine after any slight increase in blood flow. Its there when I wake and go to sleep. Couple this with loss of appetite, light sensitivity, and tiredness. I cannot sleep and wake at 430am every day. Panadol hardly makes any difference and I work on a computer all day aggravating the condition and my general mood. I work in a country where if I go to a doctor and report this it will mean I have to leave the country and am scared of loosing my job. I can go to a neighboring country and buy meds if you can help me diagnose what this is. Please help me I am desperate.
