Can You Interpret My Chest X-ray? It Shows A Dilated Aorta, Prominent Hilar Markings, And Small Calcified Spots?

hi i want an interpretation of thia chest xray X-RAY REPORT   CHEST  PA  VIEW Bony Cage- Normal Cardiac contour –dilated aorta seen  with normal cardio thoracic ratio. Lung fields – Prominent hilar and broncho – vascular markings with small calcified hilar spots seen on either side. No evidence of enlarged hilar glands or infiltrative opacities seen. Small calcified spot seen over the right lower zone. Apices, cardiophernic and costo phrenic angles free. IMPRESSION:, No evidence of  active pulmonary lesion seen in the xray chest. For clinical correlation please.
