There is evidence for contrast spillage from the fallopian tube on the left. The right fallopian tube is incompletely opacified. Due to difficult cervical catheterization, the right fallopian tube is not optimally evaluated. There is contrast material opacifying the left fallopian tube with evidence for some drainage into the peritoneal cavity.
