Hello there! First of all a urinalysis without a history is meaningless. You should have provided the history with your basic info. Any how this urinalysis report is normal except for bacteria mucus threads and epithelial cells which have no significance in this case as CLEAN CATCH of mid stream urine is very precautionary measure and i believe it is because of that error. Plus Epithelias and urates show you might have been not well hydrated while having the scan. A simple dehydration can put this picture up to a urinary calculus with many possibilities in between so you see clinical correlation is necessary.
In my view it is perfectly normal report with advise to take more water and fluids to maintain hydration status will help the stones even.
