hi I am looking looking to change my my diet, i all seafoods , beans vegatables ,cheese brown rice and pasta but i want to simplify it. you know more fruits and nuts less cheese and eggs although they are a big source of my protiens. and can you make some suggestions

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.
