Can You Recommend The Proper Dose Of Vitamin B12 In Pregnancy ?

i am 4weeks pregnant and have b12 deficiency please recommend appropriate dose of b12 . my b12 level is 160. Is 2b12 (methylcobalamin+adenosylcobalamin) capsules safe in my case.

if you are deficient in vit b12 please consult obstetrician immediately
you may need parenteral dose for the time being
