Can You Suggest Any Exercise Or Diet And Prescribe Lotion For Raynauds Phenomenon (scleroderma) ?
hello doctor, iam 23yrs girl suffer from raynauds phenomenon ,(scaleroderma) which exercise or diet to control this disease...prescribe some body lotion ,gel or cream???????????? 12yrs suffer this disease prescribe some body lotion.
Raynaud's phenomenon refers to the spasm of the tiny artery vessels supplying blood to the fingers, toes, nose, tongue, or ears. These areas turns blue, white, then red after exposure to extremes of cold, or even sometimes with extremes of heat or emotional upset. This can lead to tiny areas of damage to the tips of the fingers (digital ulcers) or larger areas of dead skin on the ends of the fingers.
Natural and alternative treatments may also be used in combination with prescription medicine to reduce the symptoms of scleroderma. Herbal and homeopathic remedies have proven to be highly effective in supporting skin health and healthy lymphatic functioning.
Well known herbs such as Galium aperine (Cleavers) and Trifolium pratense (red clover) act as a cleansing tonic, lymphatic cleanser and blood purifier for the skin. Homeopathic ingredients such as Natrium muriaticum, Kalium muriaticum and Kalium sulphate help to maintain a well-hydrated skin and support the natural healing and regenerative processes of the skin.
