Hypothyroid is a problem which can give rise to weight gain so if you have thyroid to reduce your weight you have to control your thyroid problem.So please consult a doctor and get medicines to treat thyroid.Once the thyroid becomes normal you can do diet control;exercises and even yoga to reduce your weight.For the yoga asans you need to consult a yoga guru and learn them.

1)eat fresh ,wholesome food.eat small meal every 2 hourly rather than having big meals and starve between them. 2)improve intake of iodine rich food in your diet. Regards..
