Hi, good day. I just wanna know on how i can manage my weight? I find it really hard to go on a "diet" like most people do. Like for say, "all protein" sort of thing. Im just so bad at that. And may i also ask for a daily consumption thing? Like calorie intake and stuff like that? Thank you so much.
