I understand your concerns and it is also suggested that you visit with your doctor or your psychiatrist despite my advise here. I would like to reassure you that after seeing your report it looks like you have a high chance of having progeny. You sperm count though not perfect is enough to have babies and so is the quality of your sperm. I suggest that you get yourself checked to see if you qualify for IVF.
