Cause For Leaking Blood Vessels?

My mom at 81 had leaking blood vessels in her legs, and had them removed. These vessels sprouted leaks, projecting blood... her left leg has retained a large dark pigment area , because of leaking iron.. Now at 60, I am showing red discoloration marks ie like my moms stains near the visible veins in my ankles.... Is there any dietary known connections to leaking blood vessels? Have had my vessels sclerosed a few times, and they grow back.

PROBABLY YOU HAVE RE-CANALISED SUPERFICIAL VEINS. THE VENOUS HYPERTENSION IS SO MUCH THAT IT IS CAUSING THE SUPERFICIAL VEINS(VARICOSITIES) TO BLEED.
- USE PARAFFIN OIL TO MOISTEN THE SKIN
- ELEVATE THE LEG AT REST
- USE GRADE ii COMPRESSION STOCKINGS WHEN AMBULANT
- DO ANKLE EXERCISES

DO A VENOUS DUPLEX AND SEE WHETHER YOU HAVE GOT ANY PROBLEM LIKE JUNCTIONAL INCOMPETENCE. IF YES YOU NEED SURGERY
