Cause For Nose Bleeding Often?

Hey everybody I'm David,17 years old, experiencing a lot of nosebleeds like 8 in 48 hours & I don't know what is causing it, I have a few clues from my environment, stress sometimes,mold in house,use to eat unhealthy like cheeseburgers everyday no vegetables stop 6 months use to have chest pains, can't sleep fast heart beats,feel dull, no exercise, I'm skinny though look good, eat all organic, might have high cholesterol? Any causes might be?

Hi...Nosebleeding is generally due to simple causes like injury due to nose-picking, common cold, allergy etc. Rarely ,it may be due to some blood disorders,drugs, high BP etc .If your nose bleeds again, press it with your fingers. You may also put an icepack. Sit with your head leaning backwards. Do not bend forwards.You can also use a decongestant nasal spray.This will help to stop the bleeding.
If the bleeding persists after 2-3 days, consult an ENT specialist.
