Cause For Severe Pain Under The Left Breast On The Rib Cage?

Hi, I have had a cough for over 3 weeks now, and in the middle week I also developed a flu, aches pains, high temp, runny nose, my runny nose has eased and so has my cough, but now I have thick clear phelmg like stuff coming from my nose and when I cough It just sounds really phelmg. Yesterday and today I have started to develop a severe pain under my left breast on my rib cage it really hurts to cough and breath in,

It could be due to conditions like costochondritis.

As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
