hi, i have swollen boobs that have started leaking fluid , low blood pressure and a scan has revealed that i have some tissue attached to my navel inside my body which could possibily be left over after birth follwing the birth of my second daughter. i was wondering if you have any ideas what could be wrong, i have taken numerous pregnancy tests but all come back negative. My body temprerature has also been higher then ususal resiulting in sweatiing while sleeping

I think we are looking at some kind of infection in your case, which in all probability is localized to the breast. We call this condition mastitis. You would need a course of oral antibiotics like amoxicillin-clavulanate and metronidazole and possibility an incision and drainage to drain any pus which might have accumulated. This would explain the high temperature, low blood pressure and the discharge from the breasts. The tissue attached to your navel is not something you need to worry about and is not related to this.
