Hi Jenni, Thanks for writing in. I think we are looking at some kind of infection in your case, which in all probability is localized to the breast. We call this condition mastitis. You would need a course of oral antibiotics like amoxicillin-clavulanate and metronidazole and possibility an incision and drainage to drain any pus which might have accumulated. This would explain the high temperature, low blood pressure and the discharge from the breasts. The tissue attached to your navel is not something you need to worry about and is not related to this.
