Cause For The Swelling In The Labia Majora?

Hi. I'm a 29 year old female 5ft6" and 106lbs. I noticed a swelling in my right labia majora yesterday and it has progressively increased between then and today. it is not itchy but it feels weird and has a about 3 bumps at the side. What could this be? And could it be related to HIV, herpes, HPV or some STI. Thanks.
