Cause Is The Cause For Clear Discharge After Taking Medication?

Hello,

I am curious I was given Zithromax and another drug for gonorrhea, and chlamydia that I took in a single 1 day dose..

Still have not gotten my test results back but it is now day 6 after treatment and I still have clear discharge. Why is that?

Am I still contagious ??
