Cause Of Burning Sensation On Tongue And Bad Taste In Mouth?
I smoke methenphetamines. I have for several years. I am a manager for a multinational company and work crazy hours. I use it 2-3 times per day and sleep for 6-8 hours every 24 hours. I have recently developed a burning sensation on the entire surface of my tongue in addition to a incredibly bad taste. It developed roughly 5 hours after the last time I used. What is the cause and how do I fix it?
It appears that the nerves supplying your tongue are not working properly and this is causing the abnormal sensations and the bad taste. Meth is likely to have been responsible. If this does not improve with time, you may need to see a doctor and get some tests done. Try to avoid meth for now.
Best wishes.
