Cause Of Headache, Nausea, Dizziness, Sleepiness?
I m 23 years old & currently working in an IT company. I m facing following issues: Headache all time (some time severe some time not) some time feeling vomiting & Dizziness not able to remember things & concentrate becoming irritate so soon without any reason felling sleepy more losing vision almost time i m in depression Behavioral and thinking change gained 7kg weight in 6 months is there any serious disease? can u help me.
