Cause Of Neck And Shoulder Pain And Nausea?

I am a 34 year old female who has been having excruciating neck pain for quite some time. It begins in the top of my neck and after a little while it moves into my shoulders. It hurts to the point that I get really nauseous and a lot of these times I throw up. I also have scoliosis which has created a small double S curve in the top omy neck. When I begin hurting extremely bad my muscles in the shoulder and in the top of my neck began to spasm. I don't know what could be causing this and I can't get any relief from anything. Any idea what could be causing this.

As you mentipned you have scpliosis then most probably the of pain is due to compression of nerve roots in between spinal bones. I will advise to cinsult a neurosurgeon and get an MRI done to assess the exact amount of compression and lvel of compression. Neurosurgeon will also help you in the management possibilities.
