Cervical Degeneration, Pain All Over The Body. Surgeries In Shoulders, Torn Ligaments, Detached Muscle. Advice?

I have been suffering from cervical degeneration for 18 years. Life was good and I had learned to adjust my lifestyle with this condition and some tractions. Hell broke lose 2 years ago and my condition has become unbearable. I am in pain everyday and night. I stopped doing bookkeeping after 24 years and decided to open a tanning salon with hope that I could earn my living and that the tasks would bring comfort with my condition. After 9 years of operation, I realized in March of this year that I could not continue the maintenance and sanitization of the salon and had to close. My options were very slim on how to earn a living. I decided to talk a nail technician course hoping that THIS would work with my condition. Over the years, I have had 3 surgeries to both shoulders. torn ligaments, detached muscle and so on....My neck is in constant pain now. In Dec 2012, I developped crucial pain in a thumb. My hands were already numb at this point for quite a while. The pain progressed very rapidely to my arm, forearm and now I can physically see the pinched nerves throught my thorax. I have pinched nerves pain constantly. Bending my head, reaching for something.....every mouvement will trigger the tingling and excruciating pain. I need to work. I am so desperate!!!! The degeneration of my vertebraes is now severe and I am still waiting to consult with a neurosurgeon. I am afraid that it will be too late by the time I get an appointement. I have new symptoms every week and medication is NOT helping. The wear is severe outside the vertebreas ans moderate Inside! what about my spinal cord?????? I have no pension, no income, nothing to support myself if I end up paralysed....Please help me. Sonia 50 years old
