Cervical Spondylosis. Have Instability, Neck Pain, Dizziness. Why?
Sir, I am having cervical spondylosis for over 3 years. As per my neck x-ray, left side a minor erosion of neck bone. I was suggested by my Doctor to do some regular exercise. I was feeling ok most of the time. As and when I have more talk on my mobile and lifting weights, I feel neck pain. This causes head rotating and instability in movement. Please suggest what to do ?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Since more talking on my mobile and lifting weights, you feel neck pain and this causes head rotating and instability in movement. Your certain neck posture may be compressing the spinal cord or putting pressure on the CNS. Get Dynamic CT scan and examined by your doctor for any problem(Cerebellar / cochlear). Use your neck collar regularly and do suggested neck exarcises.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries. Wish you good health. Take care.
Regards Dr. Lohit
