General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi this may be due to vasospasm due to smoking or other cause.
Needs further evaluation, Get examined by your doctor once and you mauy require ECG and 2D echo once to rule out any cardiac cause, Urine routine, USG abdomen and pelvis and complete haemogram to know the cause.
Till then take plenty of fluids, nutritious diet, stop smoking and with your doctor's advise take NSAID with muscle relaxant. Hope this helps.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The reason of your problems is just before you, your lungs might be in inflammatory process and consuming less amount of oxygen, and because of this you are facing such problems, if you do not quit the smoking then condition could be worse than this, you have tested your fags now leave it, have nice day.
