Chances Of Pregnancy Having A Cyst On The Right Ovary?

hi ,last month we were trying to conceive with the help of doctor.My previous LMP is 17/1/04.But Nothing happened. my period again started on 15/2/04.I undergone on pelvic scan 17 feb, a cyst(3.5x3.5) on right ovary found on my right ovary.my doctor prescribed Novelon for 4 days.
Is there any chance to being conceive this month?

Pregnancy chances were less in this cycle.
you should get your periods after this drug.
you can take oral contraceptive pill for 3 months to reduce the size of ovarian cyst.
