Chances of being pregnant are almost zero % even if you had an unprotected intercourse after two days of periods. I also will advise you that in future you need not take unwanted 72 as this is not the risky period. Risky period in a regular 28 day period cycle are 14 +/- 7 days. In my opinion this bleeding to you girlfriend is not related to pregnancy and you should consult a doctor to confirm the actual cause of bleeding. There may be something else behind this bleeding rather than pregnancy or other related cause.
