Change In Shape Of Stools. History Of Consuming Oatmeal With Plastic Bowl. Possible Intake Of Harmful Chemicals?

HI, I just realized that I might have eat some plastic with food. I made oatmeals with a plastic bowl, and for the first few days my bowls were okay. Then when I made it yesterday, I realized the bowl had changes it's shape. I just thought that maybe it just changed its shape and didn't pay much attention. I ate the whole thing, and the same thing happened today. When I told this to my friend she told me that there could be dangerous chemicals in the plastic which I could have consumed. I feel so scared. What should I do?

Hi, it is not clear whether there is change of shape or color of the bowel. Change of the color may be common with some plastics. Any how here after, use a metal bowel for preparation of the oatmeals etc.
