Been Having Spells And Has Hormonal Rush. Why Hot Flashes?
I ve been having spells where it first felt like a hormone rush or something. , and a feeling of infection in my blood . Lasted about 3hrs and left me with a backache and legs hurting. Today I woke up and the infection feeling hit me again, with nausea and I had a heat rush or hot flash for about 3 hrs. My husband had the central air turned on 66 but nothing helped! This is twice that has happened, 2 weeks apart. I m 56 and had a complete hysterectomy 10yrs ago. These spells hit me and it puts me down for several hours. What could this be? Also, I stay in the sun all summer, but my vit D level was so low that they have me on 50,000 unt
I think the symptoms you have mentioned is about menopause. ie the end of menstrual cycle in women secondary to a downfall of hormones. Regarding vitamin-D deficiency, if you diet had enough vitamin d . whether you can digest and adsorb vitamin d from your intestines. sun only converts inactive vitamin d to active one.
