Hi, Tenovate Gn is a very strong steroid cream and is not indicated for use over face and you have used it for 4 yrs over your face. The complaints of redness irritation dryness is all because of its prolonged use and sudden discontinuation. Right now I would just advise you to use a calamine and aloe vera based lotion (calosoft etc) over face. Also please meet a dermatologist nearby for skin examination and further management. Take care
