Cheekbone, Back Of Neck, Left Shoulder, Arm, Jaw Pain, Nausea, Muscle Pull Diagnosed. Heart Problem?

I am currently having pain in my left jaw, cheek bone area, down the back of my neck, my left shoulder and down my left arm. The past few days I have also been nauseated. I had similar pain almost 6 months ago with the exception of the jaw pain and went to the ER to be told after many hours of tests including bloodwork and an EKG that came back normal, that it was probably just a pulled muscle. The pain comes and goes for days or weeks at a time but the last few days have been worse. I am worried that this is a heart problem being that I am overweight and hardly exercise, but being only 31 I feel like I am often written off as being too young to have a heart attack. I am worried to let this go and this be something deadly, but also do not want to go back to the ER to only have them tell me the same thing again. What should I do?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain that you have described seems to be related to cervical spondylosis. Abnormal neck positions, repeated injuries, muscle stiffness and age related degenerative changes can cause such symptoms.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
