Chest Pain, Back Pain And Left Arm Pain, Stabbing Sensation, Dizziness, Heart Palpitations. Done ECG And Chest X Ray. Suggest?

I have had chest pain for 3 months. Constant pain in both the chest and back as well as down my left arm. I also get sharp stabbing pain on the left side. I have shortness of breath, constant cough and I am often very dizzy. I feel like I have occasional heart palpitations too.

I've had an ECG and chest X-ray but nothing has been picked up

Dear user, after ECG and X-ray next logical step would be to get a lipid profile and TMT (treadmill test) done and also an echocardiography to rule out coronary artery disease (Heart disease). Pls consult a cardiologist for that.
Do the symptoms get worse on exertion? do you have any of these risk factors- smoking, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, family history of heart disease? if answer to these questions is yes then you might be suffering from CAD.
If all tests are normal then you can relax it might just be a musculoskeletal pain or some sort of gastric problem.
