Chest Pain, Can It Be Because Of Indigestion ?

Hi im 35 and have a pain in my chest and i have been to my doc he says it could be indigestion ...... please have i anything to worry about. would it be something bad or just indigestion? This pain is also on my back ribs right hand side

hi, there,I think there is not reason to worry.As your doctor after examination says that it is indigestion,it is fine.There could be some additional complaints like heaviness after food,burning sensation in food pipe,vomiting sensation after heavy foods etc.which might have help your doctor to arrive at conclusion.Please do not worry and keep contact with your doctor.
