Hi,
welcome to HCM,
You have chest pain for 1 year and recent ECG is normal, your pain is Atypical unlikely to be cardiac in origin, but you have not mentioned your age to keep the possibilities of other causes.
You should consult a good Physician/Cardiologist and follow good healthy life style and treatment of high BP if required as advised by your treating Physician.
Please get your 2 D Echocardiography and then Tread mill test which will detect if there is any ischemic heart problem if it comes normal then other causes like Acid peptic disorder, muscular pain,Costochondritis should be considered.
If cardiac cause is suspected then CT angiography or Coronary Angiography which is gold standard may be done to confirm status of coronary arteries.
If your cause is detected it can be treated easily
Please take care
Best of Luck.
