Hi, It seems that you might be having myalgia with acid reflux. Continue with medicines prescribed. To be on safe side go for EKg to rule out any rare possibility of having some cardiac problem. Avoid stress. Avoid fried, chillies and junk food. Ok and take care.
Hi Welcome to Health Care, I suggest you to take ECG and a Chest Xray to make sure you are not suffering from Lung Infections. Also Peptic Ulcer Disease can also produce pain that can be relived by using Antiulcer medications. I suggest you to continue Pantoprazole tablet daily once half hour before your food, also get prescribed for Sucrafil O gel to reduce pain due to gastric ulcer. Drink plenty of fluids and also Avoid Spicy and undigestable food stuffs for a month and sure you will relieve from symptoms of pain. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
