Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptom can indicate peptic ulcer, heart ischeamic disease or even heart attack. Mentioned blood and mucus can have a source in the stomach or in the lungs. With peptic ulcers you should have had some nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal pain before. Black stools can be present with bleeding from stomach.

Heart problem should give pain associated with physical activity, shortness of breath, pain of the left arm or jaw.

I suggest you to have heart ECG, stress test, heart enzymes checked (Troponine, CK-MB), chest X-ray, blood work. If no findings, upper GI endoscopy should be performed.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
