Chest Pain, Impaired Function With Dilation, Valve Abnormalities, Structural Abnormality. What Does It Mean?
Hi, just be in hospital for 48hrs with chest pains, out come of investigations was echo overall impressions is of mildly impaired left in the function without dilatation. Very mild concentric hypertrophy. No significant valve abnormality demonstrated.no structural abnormality demonstrated. Angiogram-single vessel disease, PCI to RCA drug eluding stent fitted, could you tell me what it all means please

Forum. 1 Impaired left function without dilatation=====Left axis deviation ( range -30 degree to +110 degree) the causes are obesity, ventricular hypertrophy ,ascites,anterior wall infarction. In your case it seems ventricular hypertrophy. 2 Very mild concentric hypertrophy========ventricular hypertrophy. Angiogram single vessel disease=========occlusion in one vessel, as due to this they fitted a STENT in this artery so that regular supply of blood could be maintained.
