Chest Pain, Pain In Right Side Of Mouth While Having Chest Pain, Heartburn

Hi my name is Rick, lately I have been having chest pains, 5 times today one this morning at 4:30 am while sleeping twice today while driving truck, once while washing my truck and once while sitting, when this happens it feels like a large rock is on my chest my teeth on the right side of my mouth hurt top and bottom jaw, i'm 49 5'11 180 lbs, I also have heartburn quite often, at night I can never sleep on my right side, I will get heartburn right away and I will throw up within just a few minutes like about 5-10, thanks for any info.

To be frank, your symptoms sound little serious to me. Feeling like a large rock is on my chest and pain in your teeth and bottom jaw would hint toward pain related to heart such as Angina.

Though, your heartburn can also cause these kind of symptoms, the most serious thing that needs to be ruled out is Angina. I feel that the symptoms described by you needs an emergency evaluation and treatment.
