Chest Pain, Relief When Stretched Out

Hello, yes please! I'm having pain in my left side of chest - all symptoms of heart attack for women or men are not present. There is a sharp pain on the right side of the area I think my heart is in - it is a sharp pain when I move, gets better when I stretch out and just stay still. I can do all things I usually do but with this sharp pain sometimes and sometimes not?

As after stretching the pain is better and increase when doing some movements i feel its not a cardiac or lung problem.
I feel it is more of a musculoskeletal pain and hence this should go away with analgesics and hot fometation. You can use tablet naproxen 250mg two times daily and volini gel for local application
