Chest Pains, Feels Tight, Hurts To Breathe, Pain In Sternum, Nausea, Recurs After Running. Thoughts ?

Hello...my 13 yo son, athlete, great health, had sports exam a month ago--all well...has had chest pains lately during baseball practice...chest feels tight, at times hurts to breathe, he does not feel rapid or irregular heart beat...pain appears in the sternum (middle of chest). Also feels like vomiting.
Pain goes away (after awhile of rest) but reoccurs after he starts running (or after running) at practice.
thoughts?!?!?
