Chest Pains, Tightness, Anxiety, Recurring Condition. Due To Potassium Deficit?

Hello, My husband has been having some tight chest pains over the last few weeks. He is under a lot of anxiety , but I am worried it might be more. Usually it lasts a few minutes, but today, it has lasted about 30 minutes. I used to have similar pains, and my doctor found I was potassium deficient. But still, I think this is more than that based on how often and how long it lasts.

Hello Aragnew
You did not mention your husbands age. Get an ECG done and a few base line tests like CBC, Serum lipid profile, serum creatinine, chest x ray. Anxiety can lead to tightness in the chest but prior to that any physical cause should be ruled out. Please consult a cardiologist with these investigations.
