I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 14. I have curves which are over 30 degrees. Always have felt as if my ribs are pulled in on my left side. I have not been able to sleep on my left side for years because of chest pressure afterwards. I am 34 now. Over the past 5 years I started really having chest pressure and heart flutter after exercising. About 2 years ago I started having a lot of pressure in the upper chest and equilibrium problems after exercising. Even falling off a treadmill because of the equilibrium problems. Stop lifting weights and exercising because of this. It took 3 months after stopping exercise to feel close to normal again. Started working out again in 3 months but same thing made me stop again. This time it has not gone away and even walking several minutes gives me a headache fatigue and equilibrium problems.
