Hi my name is amber I m 21 I already have one child who is 3 years old My cycles are normally 28 days my last cycle was on the 12th feb now I am 10 days late for my period this month I took two hpt one at 5 days late and one tonight (10 days late) both have came back negative I m feeling very bloated nauseous headaches and extremely fatigue..

U can still wait for a week (maximum 45days since last menstrual cycle) or do serum beta HCG test which is more reliable than HPT.

Relax yourself and do YOGA
Take nutritious diet
Take plenty of fluids
