Chest Spasm, Breathlessness. Taking Amoxycylin. Chest X Ray Done. Treatment?

I have been suffering from chest spasm and a bit breathlessness since last few days.Amoxycylin antibiotic is going on. Mouth becomes very often dry.Bit no cough is present. Chest X Ray was done. In the report it was written ' Bilateral bronchovascular prominences are present".What does it mean and what is its treatment?

Prominent bilateral bronchovascular prominence means either infection in respiratory passages or fluid overload. Infection may be acute or chronic. If radiologist reports increased bronchovascular markings but clinical situation is not supporting any thing it can be ignored and film should be taken as normal. As you are already on antibiotic continue them, If your symptoms does not improve with that need to take antibiotic according to antibiotic sensitivity report. Better to get cardiac examination done.
