Hi there,
Thanks for your query.
Your plethora of symptoms suggest the following possibilities :-
*
Generalized Anxiety Disorder with possible Acute Panic Reaction. I suggest that you gradually increase the dose of
Trika 0.25mg once a day x 5 days; thereafter, take twice a day x 5day and then, continue it thrice a day FOR A FEW MONTHS, along with 10mg of
citalopram twice daily. I am sure that you will revert back to normal routine.
* Cardiac tachyarrhythmias, a condition in which there is an abrupt onset of very rapid beating of the heart, which usually lasts for 5-15 minutes and causes EXACTLY the symptoms that you experience at the time of "chest vibration".
Since all cardiac tests are normal, you actually need to undergo 24-hours' Holter Monitoring, which will detect these episodes of very rapid beating of heart.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable treatment as advised.
