hello

Residual upper lobe fibrosis is a main complication of completely recovered from Lung tuberculosis

As you have said you have completed six months of treatment of tb , it means all the tb which mostly lives in upper lobes have been killed

and when tb dies it leaves fibrosis , meaning non lung substance

you cannot prevent it as it is inevitable even with anti tb drugs though steroids use in start or may be even now can prevent fibrosis but not completely

newer drugs lare under study but not in market yet

keep happy that you get rid of tb , evercise , juices , hilly areas will make it better and you wont feel anything about that lung fibrosis

hope this helps

take care
