What Does This Chest X-ray Report Specify?

This is the results on a chest X-ray I had. Could u tell me if this is means I have the onset of pulmonary fibrosis. Radiology Report: Chest 2 Views Routine - 02/04/2016 Results xray, chest Value CHEST PA AND LATERAL: CLINICAL INFORMATION PROVIDED: Chest pain, cough, pulmonary fibrosis. FINDINGS: There are increased interstitial markings bilaterally, most pronounced at the lung bases. At the lung bases, there is a fine reticulonodular pattern. This can be seen in chronic lung disease such as pulmonary fibrosis. No evidence of consolidation or pleural effusion. There is mild thoracic spondylosis. IMPRESSION: 1.     THERE IS A FINE RETICULONODULAR PATTERN MOST PRONOUNCED AT THE LUNG BASES. THIS CAN BE SEEN IN UNDERLYING CHRONIC LUNG DISEASE SUCH AS PULMONARY FIBROSIS. 2.     NO ACUTE CARDIOPULMONARY PROCESS IS SEEN. Reference Range Status completed Flag Not applicable Date 02/04/2016

Hello,
It is possible that this represents early pulmonary fibrosis but there are other conditions that may cause this pattern on Chest xray. You need to see a pulmonologist and perhaps get other testing to determine the definite cause
